The International Society offers two rates [both are per hour]. Minimum 3 hour booking outside of standard office hours [9am - 5pm].
Rate A: for private hire and professional organisations. Rate B: a discounted rate for official student organisations and registered charities.

All bookings must be paid for in advance in the International Society main office.

A deposit may also be requested at the discretion of the International Society.
Any damage resulting from the hire of the rooms would be taken from this deposit.
If the rooms are kept in a good condition then the full deposit will be returned.
